DAY TEN
Our a.m. workout is becoming a routine –– after coffee of course. I even expected to be in complete agony over not being able to eat cheese or bread, or even chocolate, but so far so good. I know it will hit, it’s just a matter of when… dun dun dun.

After drinking ALL of that water last night I woke up more than once to go to the bathroom… not doing that again! I was SO sore from yesterday, like couldn’t move my arms sore, I guess push-ups are something I’m going to have to build up to, today I modified the push-ups to crunches.

From Carb Queen To Whole30
I’m not a dieter. I don’t like to count calories. I won’t swear off pizza or french fries forever but I will for thirty days, because I just started the Whole30. I think, for me, it will be a great way to refresh and reset my body and mind.

Get creative, re-purpose leftovers and pack a lunch that excites you!
